    Is fitness a part of your family dynamic? One that everyone does together? Or a separate/individual event for each family member? The importance of moving everyday is something that kids learn from their parents. How do you add fitness into your family’s routine? One way you can do this is start a daily routine of taking a walk around the neighborhood 2-3 times per week; doing yoga exercises like cat/cow together 1 time a day to nourish and move your spine; doing 5 squats, 5 pushups and 5 lunges while dinner is cooking, etc. What’s your routine?
